Under Floor (Plenum) Cleaning with HEPA Vacuum

Because accumulated dust and other harmful particles under raised flooring pose a risk to sensitive data center equipment, SPEC-CLEAN can customize the ideal frequency of cleanings for your facility to minimize risk of damage and downtime.   

Prior to lifting floor tiles, we vacuum the entire raised floor surface using a certified HEPA filtration vacuum. Then we vacuum the entire under-floor area, carefully working among any cables, connections, sensors, piping, and fire suppression systems. All floor stanchions, pedestals and stringers are checked for defects prior to replacing the floor tiles.
